The house is situated on an own mountain and has a view of 270 grades over the valley, with at the end the mountain Gran Sasso. The own ground exists about 40.000 m2. With permission for annexes of about 200 m2 with a double garage, horse stables and two separate apartments. Costs are about 125.000,- euro. On top of this, the existing house could be enlarged very easily to 5 sleeping rooms and 3 bathrooms and an extra living of about 40 m2. Costs +/- 50.000,- euro

The country with incidently agriculture activities, radiates the absolute quitness, harmony and peace, without having the feeling of loneliness. Further remarks
The house has been restored between 2004 and 2006, in assignment of the owner Henk Bouman, ex founder of the fourth biggest management consultant agency of Holland. In order to withdraw himself for getting healed of the effects of stresses and inspired by observing nature and socializing with pure people, he started to write books and choose fot a permanent Italian citizenship.
