(5,7 miles) from Noci that has about 22.000 inhabitants, many shops and supermarkets, a hospital, etc. etc. The main part of the land lies not directly at the provincial road from Noci to the S.S. 100 that connects Bari and Taranto, but has some smaller fields in between. The distance to Bari-Airport is 50 minutes by car and there are daily flights to London, Germany, and also several times per week direct flights to Brussels and Amsterdam. Situated at a very central point in Puglia and also not too far away from the Adriatic as well as the Ionian Sea. Tourism is growing in Puglia and that offers possibilities.   Climate Shorter and milder winters then in Northern Europe and longer and warmer summers. Also in winter in general many sunny days and the possibility to get a tan. Rarely below zero and never during the day. Snow is few and rare.
