But also discover the nature by bike; an absolute highlight for cyclists is the cycling path in the Puster Valley: 105 kilometres of tarmac cycling fun from Mühlbach (holiday region Gitschberg-Jochtal) to Lienz in East Tyrol (Austria). The best part of the road is (of course) the Bike hotel Lodenwirt. The Puster Valley cycle path has no ascends worth mentioning, is almost 100% asphalted and, therefore, very well suited for a family outing. Do you want some more adrenaline, just get the mountainbike and discover one of the many tours nearby the hotel. The Lodenwirt is situated at your right. Arriving from Lienz (A) or Toblach: Drive along the Pustertaler Strasse in the direction of Brixen until you come to Niedervintl. The Lodenwirt is on your right at the entrance to the village. Arriving from Bozen: Exit the Brenner motorway at the exit of Brixen and take the Pustertaler Strasse until you come to Niedervintl. The Lodenwirt is on your right hand side.
