It has got modern bathrooms and central heating. Next to the 4 bedrooms there is a cosy living with satelite t.v., books (also in English) and a music installation. There is a big kitchen and diningroom. On the groundfloor with antique stones there is an art gallery and atelier. The house is decorated in a personal way with a lot of art.   Land and extra buildings There is a backyard (800 square meters) with terraces, old olive- and fruittrees, herbs and flowers. In 2009 there will be a little studio( a room and bathroom) in the garden that you can hire for more privacy. And on a walking distance of 5 minutes there is a house (living, two bedrooms and bathroom)with garden for rent too.(minimum nights 3)   Culture Next to the medieval village of Ripabottoni there are a lot of other nice antique villages and cities, some of them with roman or gothic churches. Sepino is a wonderful archeological spot where the Romans lived and where there are still remains of a basilic, forum, mausoleum and porches. Termoli and Campobasso have castels of the 15th century.   Surroundings Ripabottoni lies in a pure and not yet discovered part of Italy. Ideal for people that are looking for nature and quietness. Good for destressing. You can walk, bike and watch the birds, beautiful flowers etc. A part of the national parc of Abruzzi lies also in Molise.   Activities In the village itselve you can be part of the social life, there is a bar(for great coffee that costs only 80 cents) piazzi, a trattoria. Hiking and Biking along the streets through hills and woods. On half an hour by car lies Termoli, a mediterranian city on the beautiful Adriatic coast with white beaches and very clean water. And in one hour you are in the mountains (Apenine) where you can hike or sky.   Activities in area Swimming, Skiing, Walking, Mountain-biking, Horse-riding   Food Molise has a simple but very tasteful kitchen. The products of the land (biological vegetables and fruits) the woods ( funghi, tartuffo and porcini) and the sea are great. There are several good cheeses (pecorino and mozzarella) and salumi. Lamb meat is used a lot.
