The apartment has a beautiful arched entrance which bathes the living room in sunlight . The ceiling is adorned with wooden beams. The apartment has a TV, fridge/freezer, a gas cooker and central heating during the winter months. The GUFAIA (The Owl's Den) Separate entrance. Single unit (sleeps 2 + 2 people), 37 sq. metres comprising a living room with kitchen corner. The double bed is located on a woodden mezzanine. The bathroom, on the lower floor, is divided into 2 sections. The apartment has a TV,fridge/freezer, a gas cooker and central heating during the winter months. Useful information and amenities A spacious terrace, laid in stone, is located in front of the apartments. Garden furniture allows you to dine out in the open should you wish to do so. The surrounding fields and pine forest are the ideal surroundings for an afternoon nap. The unguarded parking area is at 50 metres. But you may load and unload your vehicle close to the apartments. | 'Il Fattoio is a paradise nestled in the countryside, far from the smog and bustle of city life. The main amenities (the market, the bus for Florence and so on) are at a distance of 1.5 kilometres . This entails that you must have your own means of transport, not just to reach us but also to travel around. How to reach us: We strongly advise you to stick to the speed limits, especially in towns and villages; not only for your own safety and that of others but also because of the speed traps on main and secondary roads. A1 coming from Bologna heading towards Rome Exit Firenze Sud ->turn right towards Siena/Ponte a Ema -> follow directions for Antella -> pass through Antella following directions for Osteria Nuova/Incisa -> on reaching Osteria Nuova turn right towards Incisa -> follow the main road through San Donato in Collina and Troghi -> on reaching Cellai you will come to a crossroads -> turn right in the direction of S.Michele/Bisticci/La Palazzina (keep an eye open for this road as it is hidden between some houses) -> drive up the slope and, on crossing the bridge, turn right ->turn left at the next junction -> the 2nd house is your destination. A1 coming from Rome heading towards Bologna Exit Incisa -> turn left towards Incisa -> turn right following the signs for San Donato/Rignano and enter Incisa -> cross the bridge over the Arno and turn right at the sign for Rignano -> you are now on the main road which passes firstly through Il Burchio (follow the indications for Florence), then Palazzolo and thirdly Le Valli -> on entering Cellai you will pass a small parking area on your right. Slow down and after a short distance turn left in the direction of S.Michele/Bisticci/La Palazzina (keep an eye open for this road as it is hidden between some houses) -> drive up the slope and, on crossing the bridge,turn right -> turn left at the next junction -> the second house you encounter is your destination. Gas (kitchen), water and electricity charges are included.Charges for linen (1 set each of sheets and towels-12 euros), cleaning costs on departure (35 euros) and eventual heating costs (20 euros a day) are excluded. An additional change of linen (by request) is charged at 12 euros and includes one each of a set of sheets and towels. Booking Information about vacancies can be obtained by telephone, or sending us the attached rent request form via e-mail info@ilfattoio.it . We will get in touch with you as soon as possible regarding the availability of the apartment and send you a confirmation of your booking by fax or e-mail. On confirmation of your booking you will be asked to transfer a deposit equal to 30% of the total sum due by bank remittance or postal order. On being confirmed, the booking will be valid for 7 days whilst we await the transferral of the deposit. For an immediate confirmation please send a copy of the receipt of the transfer by fax or e-mail. Should you wish to cancel your booking 60 days or more before your date of arrival the deposit will be refunded in full. Refunds regarding cancellations at a shorter notice will be at our discretion.
