The second floor apartment offers modern Open plan Living and can comfortably accommodate upto 4 guests. A comfortable sitting area and dining area offers a place to eat and relax, with a TV and access out onto a wonderful private mountain-view Balcony, with outdoors seating. The Kitchen is ideal for a self catering stay with a hob, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine. Guests can enjoy a spacious and tastefully furnished Master bedroom with King size Bed as well as a Double Sofa bed to the Living room which can accommodate an additional 2 guests if needed. The Bathroom is tiled, well equipped and features a Bath tub.   Land and extra buildings Situated in a sunny and elevated position of Porlezza, on the Italian border of Lake Lugano, this property boasts a peaceful atmosphere ideal for a holiday getaway which is in easy reach of both Lake Como and Lake Lugano! Outside the guests can enjoy use of the gardens, parking facilities and the resident Swimming Pool.   Surroundings Porlezza, which sits on the eastern banks of Lake Lugano is surrounded by lush green mountains, making it a popular destination for walkers, hikers and cyclists. There are many local amenities available as well as many interesting historical places for visitors to explore, such as the Porlezza village of Cima which features the ruins of an ancient fortress. The nature reserve of Lago di Piano is situated just a 10 minute drive away and is a wonderful place to picnic and cycle around the Lake’s cycle path. Lake Como is reachable by car in just 20 minutes, offering breathtaking scenery, romantic Villas, gardens and pretty Italian resort towns such as Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna. Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit.
