Staying at our residence you’ll be overlooking the azure blue water of the Golfo di Castellammare and the beach is only 150 meters away! At the residence you’ll find 3 villas with in total 10 luxurious apartments, two 6- person and eight 4- person apartments. The ground floor apartments are accessible for wheelchair users. Every apartment is fitted with all modern conveniences like satellite TV, air conditioning and a fully operational kitchen. All bathrooms have a shower, toilet and bidet. The guests in the ground floor apartments have their own garden and terrace while the guests staying in an apartment on the first floor will have their own balcony. All apartments have a view of the sea.   Land and extra buildings The residence’s little square with its fountain is a beautiful place where you’ll have a breathtaking view of the sea (Golfo di Castellammare). The square will be nicely lit during the evening. The residence can accommodate in total 44 persons.   Surroundings Balestrate is a small town overlooking the Golfo di Castellammare. It is a lovely holiday location not just because it’s a little coastal town with a nice long sandy beach, but also because it is located between two important cities, Palermo and Trapani, from which you’ll arrive quickly and easily in Balestrate. There are lot of places of (cultural) interest in the area (in fact too many to mention on this page). Balestrate and its surroundings are also interesting for nature lovers who can have a walk in one of the local forests or pay a visit to the famous nature reserve Lo Zingaro. You can also check out the surroundings by bike or on horseback. There are a lot of nice restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the typical Sicilian kitchen and, being close to the sea, there’s always a lot of fresh fish. From the harbours of these cities you can arrive by car within 35 minutes in Balestrate. By car: Motorway A29 Palermo – Mazara del Vallo, exit Balestrate. From the exit Balestrate you’ll arrive in 5 minutes at Residence Valentina.
