You can immediatly reach on foot the beach with its fine golden sand, the beach-front and the center from the Residence. The appartements are practical and cosy, with big rooms and balconies have a fine view over the sea situated on 3 floors with 16 mini-flats. The mini-flats are about 40(sq.m) each flat has a master bedroom,a bathroom with shover , a living-room with a (double- bed) sofa, a kitchen completely furnished, and balcony with a fine view over the sea(by request). Flat of 68 (sq.m) has two master bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-room with a(double-bed) sofa, a kitchen completely furnished and balcony. All the flats have electrical appliances:fridge,microwave oven,tv,telephone, hairdryer,air conditioning , a safe, internet system. Also available for our guests, free of charge is a laundry room where you can find:washing machines,irons and space for hanging clothes. You can reach the underground garages by inside lift. All the building can be easily reached by disabled people.   Land and extra buildings Playa Martin Residence is an elegant and unique construction situated near the beach-front with a beautiful sea-side scenery.   Culture Sites to visit, we reccomend: "Carlo V tower" built in 1547 to defend the town by the Saracen invasion and after custums. The present built-up area retains on its facade the Asburgo's imperial coat-of-arms. The modern church "Sacro Cuore Gesu" built in the XIX century, where you can visit an apsidal painting. On the Adriatic Statale street you can find the "Museum of ancient armoury".   Surroundings Martinsicuro is a wonderful and quiet sea-side town situated along the Adriatic Riviera on the Abruzzi and March border. A perfect place to spend a beach holiday the fine golden sandy beach, ideal for children, stretches many kilometers and has different beach-front concessions the low and sandy sea gradually deepens. The long and fascinating beach-front is surrounded by palm trees and pine trees .The natural enviorment is enchanting, the infinite view of the sea continues with the surrounding view of hills up to the fascinating view of the Appennini mountains. From the hills surrounding the town you can enjoy a unique view of the coast and the Tronto valley.   Activities Martinsicuro is the ideal place for an active holiday.
