It gives place to two holiday apartments (ground floor and first floor), each for max. 6 people. Both apartments (circa 90 square metres each) have got 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with large kitchen and fireplace, TV and sofabed. The apartment on the groundfloor has got a dishwasher as well. On request the apartment on the groundfloor can be split up in a separate double-room with bathroom and an apartment for max 4 people.   Land and extra buildings In front of the house there is a private garden with swimming pool and barbecue. Private parking.   Culture Only a few kilometres from La Casa del Biondo you will find the beautiful Tuscan art cities like Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, Monteriggioni and an uncountable number of little medioeval villages on the top of the soft hills of the Ciantishire. During the summer season a lot of markets, traditional feasts and food fairs take place all around the region.   Activities The forests of the Chianti region in the immediate neighbourhood are a beautiful place for trekkings and bike tours or just for relaxing walks.   Activities in area Golf, Walking, Mountain-biking, Horse-riding, Tennis   Food The number of little restaurants and typical wine bars is big: Enjoy the delicious regional dishes and wines!   Accessibility Coming from Florence exit the highway A1 at Firenze Certosa, then drive in direction Siena and exit at Poggibonsi nord.
