This apartment is part of "Il Vecchio Leccio" property, a country farm from the late 18th century. The typical wooden rafters and red flagstones, red brick arches and walls, is the traditional interior from Tuscany. This apartment is completely on the first floor of the house and has private entrance and access to the surrounding beautiful garden area with swimming pool and space to relax. The apartment is fit for 2+1 persons with a double bed room (wher a single rollaway bed can be put),a bathroom with bath and shower, a big kitchen with french door opening to the garden. It used to be a stable and you can still see the remains of it, like the traditional stone feedingfodder in the bedroom.

Around the house there is a garden with swimming pool (out of the ground type), deckchairs, barbecue, tables and chairs. This fantastic garden is perfect for having relaxed breakfast or dinner outside, in a green environment. Private parking guaranteed for all guests.

The medieval village Certaldo Alto, where Boccaccio (author of Decamerone) was born, is worth a visit! Even as the beautiful medieval cities San Gimiginano and Monteriggioni. The Chianti Classico area is close and only 30 kilometers away you'll find the important arthistorical cities like Florence and Siena.

Il Vecchio Leccio is situated in the middle of the countryside, in the beautiful Tuscan hills with wineyards and olives. The medieval villa Certaldo, that is still in tact, is only 4 kilometers away. The lower part of the villages is where the shops and other activities are. Famous toeristic cities like San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and the Chianti-villages are nearby.

Accessibility
30 Kilometers from Florence and Siena, 45 km from Lucca, 60 from Pisa. From autostrada A1 Milan-Naples, take the exit Firenze Certosa and go right to the superstrada Firenze-Siena. Take the exit Poggibonsi Nord and then follow Certaldo (12 km). On the road to Tavarnelle, go left to Mugnano and then right to Bacio. Afetr about 1,2 Km take the little not asphalted road that clinbs up on the left handside: our property is thge one with the big green gate, at number 95.

The ideal place for who wants to spend a holiday in nature, but not even 30 minutes away from the most important touristic spots!
