It is surrened by 30 hectars of land, olive yards and forests where seekers can find mushroons and truffles their in hight seasons. Recently restored maintaining its antique origins dating back to 1000 a.c. Internally all is maintained in its original local stone finish, as you enter going a few steps down there is a salon with a traditional fireplace, a small kitchen area and a bath room, otherwise going a few steps up there is a salon area for games and leisure. An interior stair case takes you to the upper floor where there are 2 bed rooms each furnished with 2 beds ( possible to be transformed into master beds), a bath room with shower. Going up through an internal stair case you reach a huge terrace with a 360° of a fabulous panorama where one can meditate, watching the famous surrounding hills and dunes of Umbria and Tuscany.'   Land and extra buildings The view is extraordinary, at 360 degrees on the Umbrian Tuscany hills and it is nicely sitated for explorations of old cities and for interesting exursions. The property is composed of 5 apartments. It is situated on a hill at 600 meters altitude where one can admire the surrounding nature and vegetation of Tiberina Valley.   Surroundings Each apartment is furnished with a kitchen complete with all the necessary components, in addition there is; a washingmachine, a television, a video, dvd and cd player. Outside: garden, barbecue, parking space, swimmingpool (mt 10x6) a tennis court, beach volley court. An external lighting system, illuminates the whole property over the night. The apartaments can comunicate with oneanother through an advance internal telecommunication system.   Activities 'Nearby there is a golf field with 6 holes and a camp for horse back riding. For those interested, there is also a cousin course in the fabuloses "Casa Buitoni" in the near Sansepolcro. It provides those who appreciate nature with strolls in the surrounding forest areas, or those who like to take it easy by the pool, swimming, tanning while enjoying the panorama, or for more athletic, there are; tennis, bocce and beach volley camps where they can enjoy group games or the fitness trail within the property for those who enjoy walking. Right near the property, there is a golf camp and a horse stall for those passionates in such activities.
