The olive oil produced by our trees is the result of a fine combination of the local olive varieties, such as Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio and Raio, extracted according to the cold pressing technique. Each season has its own gift: the lavish fruit orchard offers fresh fruits such as apricots, apples, cherries, plums, pears, peaches and late summer figs which we transform in tasty jams. You can taste Tara’s products in our “Tasting Room” and buy them if appreciated. Teas and cakes available during the day.
